Neptune was born in the Kingdom of Mistral in the city of Argus. Coming from a family who semblances were water related and known to be great swimmers. At four years old his older brother in order to teach him how to swim by throwing Neptune off a pier in Argus. When rising up from the sea, Neptune unintentionally brought some of the ocean water back with him in a bubble where he couldn’t breathe or see.
