Menis

Introduction []

Menis is an Arrancar apart of the Battleship Island Coalition unit in the story, Five World War: The Eclipsing Shadow. He is introduced as one of Kiiro's Fraccion and is first seen in a darkened lounge speaking with his colleagues and leader in anticipation of the upcoming battle.

Personality[]

Prior to his Resurrection in the Five World War; Menis was like most Arrancar, arrogant, boastful, and rather impulsive. It is also noted that due to his Arrogance he released his Zanpakutō immediately upon challenging Tōshirō Hitsugaya and Rangiku Matsumoto during this time which lead to his defeat at the hands of the Soul Reapers. He evidently agreed with Patros's perspective of a Shinigami leading the Hollows, and struck the fake Ulquiorra without hesitation or remorse, showing how sadistic he really is.

Upon his Resurrection and chosen as Kiiro's Fraccion, Menis has taken a much calmer tone. After learning his mistakes and thanks to Kiiro's teachings, Menis has lost his impulsive, impatient, and selfish nature while taking in the fact of using teamwork and remaining level-headed during a battle. He is however still arrogant and will taunt his enemies, showing off his strength and speaking down on them and if humiliated by his opponent he will still lose his temper rather easily.

Spiritual Power: Being an Arrancar, Menis has a good amount of spiritual power.

Sonído: Menis is good with using Sonído to move around fast.

Zanpakutō[]

Erizo (エリッソ, Erisso; Spanish for "Hedgehog"): Menis's Zanpakutō has a green handle with a guard comprised of a half circle on both sides.

Resurrección: It is released with the command "Stab" (刺せ, sase). In his released form, Menis grows three segmented, tail-like appendages that have sharp ends to attack with. He gains armor on his chest through which his Hollow Hole is visible. Menis appears to have the ability to lengthen these appendages to strike enemies from close and long ranges. The remains of his Hollow mask move to cover his entire face and his dark red hair covers his sides from his head down to his waist.
