Lemiel was a born prince of the Clover Kingdom over 500 years ago. One day met an Elf named Licht while looking for his sister Tetia who had been caught in a magical tornado. After saving her the three become friends, and Lemiel wants to help bring elves and humans together.
Lemiel was at some point assigned a servant by the name of Secre Swallowtail who became his partner to help create magic tools and eventually friend.

- Lemiel's Japanese VA is Syu Hikari who also voices Abari.
- Lemiel's English VA is Chris Burnett who also voices Yoku and Deneb in Fairy Tail, Young Portgas D. Ace and Peppoko in One Piece.
