Ain is the second-in-command and vice-admiral of the Neo Marines and a former member of the Marines.

Ain and Binz when they were members of the Marines
Ain was once a member of the Marines along Binz who served under Zephyr. One time on mission against a powerful pirate that cut off Zephyr's arm. She and Binz were the only soldiers other than Zephyr to survive.
After that said pirate was offered a position in the Seven Warlords of the Sea She left the Marines after her commanding officer left out disgust. She along with Zephyr, Binz and Shuzo then founded the Neo Marines.
Sometime later she fought with Shuzo over the position of Second in Command. Their battle lasted for five hours when she was on the verge of losing, she strategically trapped Shuzo in the ground and threatened him with a pistol, winning the position.

Sometime later Ain was commanding the Neo Marines and she was standing alongside Binz waiting for Shuzo to arrive. However, when he did not she called to find out where he was. Which he replies he wanted to kill Panz Fry and Ain said that if he failed then he would suffer the consequences.
Later, Ain read about Shuzo's defeat and told Z about it shortly before their arrival on Firs Island.

Return-Return Fruit: This grants Ain the ability to regressive the age of anything or anyone by Twelve years. This can not only weaken or incapacitate an opponent, but also attack enemies in creative ways: for example, by transforming igneous rock back into its original state, this causes lava to erupt from the ground and injure an opponent, while reverting the ground back into a solid state after the foe is wedged into it to entomb them. If use enough times on someone if can effectively kill someone by reverting them to a time before they were born. Effectively erasing them from existence.
